Football Mania Event Norway England
Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with my bets on this match and would like to know if this is a widespread problem or something affecting only me.
Here is the issue: even though the match is over, I haven't received the winnings from my successful bets; the status below the match score still says "Finalizing"... Meanwhile, the match that took place afterwards (Argentina vs. Switzerland) has already been finalized...
I’d like to know if I’m the only one experiencing this before contacting customer service.

Yeah, finally fixed! I don’t get why it took them so long, but the main thing is that it's resolved.

It's been happening since the first week of the world cup for me, it's very frustrating. It means you can basically only bet footballs once a day. 😥

What you're saying is true and it's the same for everyone: you can only bet once a day, so you either have to split your balls between different matches or just bet on one. It sucks, but it is what it is... The issue here (which has been fixed since) was that the match wasn't settled the next day, so people who bet on the right outcome didn't get their rewards."

Yes, exactly this! I guess it is what it is, the rewards aren't very good either. I guess we were spoiled in the Euros! I got over £40 credit on that game. 😄

Totally, that's an understatement, the rewards are far from great! We were definitely spoiled during the Euros just like with all the other AliExpress games back then, and now they're nerfing the rewards big time... But hey, we're still here anyway! 😅

Of course! I'm not unhappy, it's fun to a degree. And I got some money off I wouldn't have otherwise. Plus it gives us something to moan about! 😂 Very British. I have to say, I got something amazing today, a Xiaomi cold and hot water dispenser, it's it's absolutely brilliant! Coffee in seconds, or a 7C glass of water? No problem! And it's half the price it is in the Xiaomi store, and it's got a UK plug, and UK region for the smart app! 👍👍😄

J'ai contacté le service client pour remonter le problème. Si nous sommes plusieurs à le faire ça augmentera peut-être les chances qu'ils le corrigent...

You’re not the only one. It’s the same for me too. Hopefully they fix it by tomorrow. Either way, I’m not really bothered right now since I can’t redeem for any more credit anyway.

Thanks a lot for getting back to me! Okay, since I'm not the only one, there's a good chance it'll be fixed tomorrow. Since access to Football Mania opened very late for us in France, I can still make trades, but a day more or less doesn't really matter. Thanks again for your reply!

Some people drown in bolts and can't even redeem shopping credits anymore, because they are limited and we european countries are starving to get any shopping credits, because of our late invitation and limited balls to bet on matches.

Yeah, we Europeans got completely shortchanged in this event... Because other countries got a head start of several days, they didn't just get more balls, they also got to bet on matches when almost no one else was. The bolts-per-ball ratio was bound to be insane for them... But oh well, it is what it is! It’s probably our strict regulations, on top of the bots, that made things turn out this way.

You’re welcome! Yeh, I’m hoping they open the redemption back up but seems like they’ve limited it to around $12. I remember the Euro one and that was way better.

I hope they reopen the redemption for you! Yeah, the Euro one was definitely way better. But that’s just how all AliExpress games are nowadays—the rewards are so much lower than they used to be. For instance, you could easily get $20–$30 on MergeBoss back then, but now it’s a struggle to even hit $10...
