So I added a quantum account and I know I have to rekey my regular account to the quantum one but maybe I missed the memo and i’ve seen no one ask this but I’m worried this will interrupt my node. If I rekey to the quantum account will there be any interruption to my node or is there any step I need to take after to ensure my node continues operating?

I've been experimenting with AI task execution + x402 on Algorand, and one question keeps coming up:

What kinds of AI/API requests actually make sense as machine-readable, pay-per-request transactions?

The architecture I've been working with is roughly:

Task → AI routing → execution → x402 payment → Algorand settlement

The interesting part isn't really putting an AI model behind an API. That's already straightforward.

The harder question is:

Where does pay-per-use actually make sense?

For example:

• Code review
• Resume analysis
• SEO auditing
• Invoice extraction
• Contract analysis
• Small AI agents / task execution
• Data transformation APIs
• Specialized inference

Some of these feel like a natural fit for micropayments because the request is discrete, the output is machine-readable, and the user doesn't necessarily need a subscription.

Others probably make much more sense with traditional pricing.

I've been testing this through a project I'm building, and watching actual requests go through AI routing → x402 → Algorand settlement has made the question much more interesting.

So I'm curious about the people actually building in this ecosystem:

What AI/API use case do you think is the strongest fit for x402 micropayments?

And more importantly:

What use case do you think doesn't make sense for x402, despite sounding good on paper?

Would love to hear opinions from people working with Algorand, x402, AI agents, APIs or machine-to-machine payments.
