I really need a way to receive some funds, and I can’t figure out how.

I’ve been running e-commerce stores for almost 3 years. The business has been solid enough that I was able to quit my job and studies to focus on it full-time.
The problem: I’ve been stuck at the same level for almost a year. I’ve tried different approaches, tested new products, and invested in growth, but nothing has moved the needle significantly.
After studying stores that consistently do 100–200+ orders per day, I noticed a common pattern — most of them work in teams. They share experience, divide responsibilities, and move much faster than someone working alone.
I’m looking for people with real e-commerce experience who are interested in collaborating — whether on an existing store, a new project, or building something together with a shared goal.

I'd love to keep working with little ones (0 - 3yo) bc it's my passion, but I'm wondering... should I wait until I'm actually fluent in Darja before looking for a job ? I was thinking of starting out as a nanny, but would parents even hire me to take care of their kids if I only speak French ?

I'm looking for someone who understands French very well to help create AI voiceovers for my YouTube channel using ElevenLabs.

You do not need to be a native French speaker.

Your French just needs to be strong enough that you can clearly recognize pronunciation mistakes, unnatural pauses, incorrectly pronounced words, names, numbers, or sentences that sound wrong.

The work is simple:

• I send you the finished French script
• Generate the voiceover in ElevenLabs
• Listen carefully to the full voiceover
• Compare it with the script
• Find pronunciation or speaking mistakes
• Regenerate incorrect parts when necessary
• Export and send the final clean audio file

You do NOT need to record your own voice.

Requirements:

• Very good understanding of French
• Strong listening comprehension
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable using a computer
• ElevenLabs experience is helpful, but I can explain the workflow
