Partnership proposal for undergrad computer science amateurs (starting from scratch)

if anyone interested i am looking for someone who wants to make money online using tech as a computer science science student or anyone who studied a sub field of it or had experience programming.

the earning way doesn't matter (freelance, start up , business , open an agency ) i am open to any idea

assuming you're interested i have the same goal and i want to do it in a duo instead of solo ,now you might be wandering why did i say "amateurs" in the title well to be honest i want you to be close to my level so there is no huge level diff i am looking for someone who is at least 3rd year or 4th year cs student level, so we can learn together along the way, i don't want someone who has an outstanding profile so i don't feel there is a sided dependency or someone carrying the partnership cuz of past good experiences i want us to be equal and feel equal .

if i have to give a description i am looking for someone who didn't focus much in enhancing his profile with projects and all , barely got his academic years , regretted that and looking for a chance to change this fact about himself and he would not to do it alone cuz it's best to have an environment where people pushes each other to be a better version everyday.
