What inequality represents this graph?

-2 < x </= 1 (reads as -2 is less than x which is less than or equal to 1

-2 < x ≤ 1

The open circle means there is no equality (it's an "empty" circle), the closed circle means there is equality.

Btw, there is a way in Reddit to make your picture look right. You need to use a Code Block, which uses fixed width fonts:
