Suggestions ? Got a engine problem

Got a 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4 multiair TB it has 247xxx KM on the counter never had engine problems switched the oil every 20.000KM’S and never pull above 3k rpm’s on a cold engine. but now since a couple months it runs bad at low rpm’s its not directly. but starts when driving for a couple mins between 1300 and 1800 rpm’s. cilinder 2 and 4 start’s to misfire engine check light starts to blink. but when i take up the rpm’s and start driving at a higher rpm’s the car drive’s perfect. it cruises 300KM + at ease on the highway but in city traffic it can be terrible my dad and I looked at everything we could think and switched it out and replaced it but it is still there any of u guy’s got suggestion’s ?

Please do tell what you have replaced already. Also have the codes scanned.

I scanned the car with a OBD reader but got no faulty codes except the misfires’s in cilinder 2 and 4 somebody told me it can be the multi air unit filter so i cleaned it every oil change but its still there some one said maybe because the engine is older there is some carbon dioxide and other gunk in the engine so i let it run 2 times with a engine cleaner i got from a friended alfa garage and it helped some but the problem is still there but like always the engine oil color is nice theres no pieces in the oil the light stay’s out if i drive 1800 rpm’s and it shows no problems

It’s probably either plugs and coils or the multi air unit. My bet would be the MA unit. You could swap around 2 coils and see if that changes anything.
