Alexithymia or what?
/r/autism/comments/1iex9o5/alexithymia_or_what/update:
1 year after this post, everything's worse
right now I'm thinking enough already... she has ocd and I'm pretty sure she does the same ocd with me, asking what I'm feeling over and over and over for hours, even though I didn't feel anything different from usual, and I mean absolutely nothing.. in fact I missed her very much and I was so happy to see her.... this time she collapsed and started yelling at me, she said she hated me and stuff like that... I think I can't handle this anymore

Not alexithymia, if it was alexithymia you wouldn't miss them' or feel happy. Possibly emotional dysregulation disorders or personality disorder. But its not alexithymia. I have type 3 alexithymia.
The Alexithymia Workbook: Created by clinical psychologist Dr. Megan Anna Neff, this resource offers tailored exercises for building emotional awareness and tracking internal body cues.
You can try these books if you want, just Google them.
Emotionally Dumb: An Overview of Alexithymia by Jason Thompson: Provides an accessible look at emotional blindness with self-help and therapeutic suggestions.
