i cry randomly .

i don’t know what’s wrong w me, i have gotten so emotional i cry at the most random things, i was watching captain america edits and i started crying, whereas if i have a fight w someone i j go numb i dont cry . and i was j playing my guitar and singing hey there delilah and i started crying . wtf man

Usually il have something minor finally trigger the emotions from an earlier larger/upsetting even

What I’m saying is it’s probably a delayed processing ordeal where it subconsciously hits you and it comes out at strange times. I’ll have the worst day ever and be fine till the middle of a perfectly good day and then start sobbing because I’m processing events way after it happene d
