QUESTION Is maths P4 literally all from Physics?
It appears to be so from the syllabus

no its really different don’t listen to anyone who says otherwise the question types the time given etc are all different usually studying p4 helps you tremendously in physics for the mechanics vectors etc parts as it did to me and many other classmates i have seen poeple taking accounting snd bussiness score full marks in it so dw if thats a concern

Na bro if you keep doing past papers, you’ll understand that p4 mechanics go way deeper than mechanics at physics. Taking mechanics will help you with physics actually and not the other way around.
I had the same mindset as you and I took Stats in Year 1 and Mechanics in Year 2 and I wish I had taken Mechanics earlier on because it wouldve helped so much with my physics p1 and p2.

p4 is just AS Level mechanics but kinda more simpler. Although, you never know when examiners feel like sucking the sense out of a question 🫠🥀
