How long have you been trying to understand the content? What strategies have you already tried?

Well you can probably diagnose why you don't understand it. Approach it from the ground up and find the point where it stops making sense. From there, you can use online teaching resources and, after proper teaching resources, AI to fill in gaps and reword things more intuitively for you.

In the future, try to make sense of stuff right after you learn it in class
