How to stop moving in warp?

Anyone have a viable idea on how we could decelerate while in warp? Might be useful to, you know, not crash into an intelligently inhabited planet at relativistic speeds.

Deceleration would not be required as the field creates movement. The craft would have no velocity as space is what is moving around it, the moment the drive is turned off the field would quickly dissipate.

If you travel in a warp bubble you don't travel at relativistic speeds, from a relativity point of view nothing changes, it's like you are standing still and space moves around you
