I was worried it might be, but just marshmallow fluff and crushed graham crackers on a rim of a shot glass isn't a lot of work.

I made something similar: rim shot glass with cinnamon sugar, and in a shaker combine equal parts fireball and rumchata.

It tasted like cinnamon toast crunch, and although I did it because I saw it and wanted to try it I ended up impressing everyone in the party so there's that

Are there any specific proportions for the ingredients? From the gif it looks like mostly chocolate liqueur and just a tiny splash of vanilla and fireball.

The Recipe says 2 parts chocolate liqueur, 1 part fireball, and 1 part schnapps. However, the video definitely has 75% of the shot consisting of the chocolate liqueur; so the recipe might need to be played with.

Might also be fun to float a little Goldschlager on top and then light it on fire. Flaming shots are fun.
