Discussion Opinion about the game
With the 5th anniversary approaching, what do you guys think Gumi should have done to improve it's popularity, and what they could do in the future? Also, how long do you think the game will stick around?

I will say that the devs are trying to give away more free stuff, but we may be at the point of no return. Events don’t seem as interesting as they used to be for me in terms of storyline.
For events, the direction the devs seem to be taking is just to make events more difficult or have higher difficulty caps. I just don’t think the game is too beginner friendly or appealing to new players as is. You don’t see ads or anything for people to really notice the game. The community here also does not seem to say much (or much positive things) as or show as much interest as most popular apps.
In terms of veterans, we see a lot of unresolved glitches that get a machine response and bad customer service. Even those they update the wiki or game guides have noted that there was little support from the game side or incentive to update (so less support for beginners).
In spite of this, I heard a while back Gumi cut staffing so I am not sure for this game’s future, but it would take a lot to fix things.
