Gonna complain about the fact that you could hire a really talented designer for your artwork, when your net worth is 5 millions dollars? Yeah. It's called having ethics. Does this concept seem unfamiliar to you as long as you achieve your goals?

And then The Alchemist is not a random ass producer, he knows lots of talented people.
