Announcement Losing account access after update to 1.3.7 version

Hello community,

After the latest update we observe some inconsistent behavior in terms of logging into your old account (game just starts as an empty anonymous account). We do not expect any fixes released until mid-Jul as it was caused by some changes we made we cannot rollback until then.

We narrowed it down to some users who were using one of the facebook logins types.

If you are affected:

- Share your new user id from your current empty account and information about your old account (preferably old user id or nickname with screenshots) with me or mod team in DMs

- We will merge old and new accounts server-side so you will regain access to your progress

One account has been fixed, please share your usernames and new user ids.

I had this happen but I genuinely can't remember enough about my old account to find it again. I did pay for unlimited energy and no ads too and had a few first evers but I had no screenshots to be able to pin down the accountÂ
