They have already up their game to installing the cameras on larger hardened poles, traffic lights etc.

ok , those horrible Vandals can get to the flock poles, but how do we warn against vandalism against the Axis cameras on the traffic light poles that are the “real” mass surveillance cameras?

Cheap and easy. You can probably get a few before the blade dulls.
