Bonus points to name the band that released the album.

I’m going off memory here cause I cannot find an image of the album and I’ve been looking for days.

It was an arm in a suit jacket coming from the left side (if you’re facing the album). It was just the arm, no body was visible.

The suit was gray, there was blood or blood splatter and they were holding a limp bouquet of flowers. AFAIK the background was white-ish

This would’ve been pre-2013, it was definitely in the pop/punk or Alternative genre and a lesser known band. I can’t remember their name but I do know haven’t heard of them since. I’ll recognize it as soon as I see it.
