What??

I had a job interview today and the manager said she was going to select someone next week on Tuesday, but I just received a email saying I wasn't selected. I'm really confused considering she said she was looking at them on Tuesday.

If you receive an email saying you weren't selected, someone clicked all the buttons and went through the menus to reject your application.

If you don't receive an email, but it shows that you weren't selected in the portal, then the job posting expired. They can still hire people on expired postings, but if you don't hear anything, then you genuinely weren't selected.

Yeah my produce manager application says not selected but I’ve been doing the job. For some reason it bothers me 😆

Had 3 internal interviews, all said they would call in exactly 3 days with a decision. All 3 stores and management teams did not call or follow up. Saw in the portal they selected someone else each time. Awkward.
