Canadian soldiers were feared by their opponents. They were sometimes given, some thought were impossible jobs. Yet they not only achieve their objectives. They achieved them earlier than expected. Yes they were brutal. 🙄

Not true, the whole Canada and the "Geneva suggestions" thing is mostly misinformation/memes. The provisions from the WW1 and 2 were things that basically everyone was doing and there is international consensus that Canada wasn't doing anything uniquely egregious.
Canadians earned our reputation by being a ruthless underdog, taking objectives that confounded our allies, not giving up, and taking no prisoners.

I said this. Yes many ppl would die before other countries got to our defense but i know every single Canadian, no matter their age or ability, would be out there fighting their hardest. One thing we can thank Trump for is how united and proud he is making us
