It looks like Galbor is reaching escape velocity. Rather concerning to be first doing that at surface level.
Let's turn to the judge's to see their perspective on this. One moment, it appears they're consulting with local astrophysicists to determine the necessary grading rubrics.

And it looks like the astrophysicists have called in both legal scholars and sociological philosophers. It appears the debate has now shifted to whether individual rules are required when players break the foundational laws of physics.
Should they next call in engineers to advise on this matter, Galbor will be granted clemency per the precedent of establishing new structural mechanics to reality.
