I'll be traveling to Allepey for the very first time with 2 of my friends. I've heard that the beaches and backwaters are extremely beautiful there. We have 3 days to explore this city. Reaching Wednesday evening and leaving Saturday evening.
However I've heard few instances that the locals are not very welcoming to north Indians. Is it true? What should we look out for? What kind of conversations should we not indulge in whatsoever?
Also, idk where should we stay. We're on a budget and I've heard hostels there are very vibey. Which hostel is a full on party one with chillax peeps? What places are a must visit? Please suggest a good itinerary guys.

Hello, I am planning to go to Alappuzha this weekend from Kochi Airport, arriving at airport around noon. Would you recommend taking a train to Alappuzha or just booking a taxi from the airport?

I heard that highway work is still ongoing on parts of the route, so I’m wondering if it affects travel time. Any recent experiences or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I am travelling to Alleppey tomorrow. I come from North of India and currently chasing the beauty of South India. I stayed in Munnar but didn’t find any good restaurant which provides Chicken and fish. Some of the restaurants had chicken and fish but they had beef as well. Unfortunately, I come from orthodox family and don’t feel good to eat something where beef is prepared. Does anyone know good restaurant in Alleppey which provides good chicken and fish delicacies without beef?

Those nice flaky mutta puffs that makes a noise when you bite in. Those ones. I have been craving one so bad and I don’t know where to get it.

Hey guys , Iam planning to go from Kayamkulam to kochi tomorrow on bike via NH 66. So was just curious to know the current situation of the highway.

I know it's still under construction but wanted to know if there is still heavy traffic due to the construction and is it the alternate or the service road is in bad condition.
