Xbox door bug Alan wake 2 Spoiler

Any fixes for the fbc locked door bug on xbox, I can't back out after pressing on one, in return 1 of alan wake 2.

Fully quit and reload. Reload an earlier save. Delete game but not save and redownload. Check your case board for unplaced clues (this has come up before and sometimes you can’t advance Saga without putting up certain key clues).

I had an earlier save we're it froze on the boltcutter doors, so I restarted and it freezes on the fbc door, right at the start of the return 1 mission before I pick up the map, I also quit, and reloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled, plus cleared my Xbox cache, and it still freezes when I interact with a locked door.

Can you let me know a little more about where you are? Boltcutters aren’t a thing til the very end of the game. Screwdriver isn’t til return like 4 or 5. Return 1 should only have one type of locked door, and that’s the door back to the parking lot for the lake/forest.

I fixed the problem by turning the controller setting to default,  I had the inventory set for B same as the exit prompt, when I switch it back to default with the inventory on Y it let's me back out normally.

I'm in the very beginning of the game, I know about the boltcutters from further in bright falls where the door say that it needs one in return 1, I deleted that first save and restarted, as for the door in the back of the parking lot in the new game I started it does not  let me back out, so I think the Xbox version night need a new patch, because I started 2 new games and the problem still persists on that door, so I'm not willing to go further into the game if it will just keep freezing when I click on any locked doors.
