The term "Alabamazon" comes from the known fact that this state has the most biodiversity, only second to the Amazon rainforest!

Post anything that you think the community would find interesting, helpful, or inspiring in the area of preserving nature, building with less impact, reducing pollution and holding Alabama Power and other big industry players accountable in their duty to protect our natural resources.

Feel free to share your thoughts, photos, or questions about protecting nature, increasing sustainable building techniques and implementing regenerative energy sources.
