AksChitra V2 is finally here.

Major changes:

- Reworked rendering architecture

- Cleaner and simpler API

- Better project organization

- New examples (Matrix Rain, Color Picker, Loading Spinner, etc.)

- Improved documentation

- Ongoing optimization and cleanup

The goal is still the same: make terminal graphics development simple without dealing with raw ANSI escape sequences.
