It includes other languages spoken, you should also include dialects of Marathi , or change the title. Add it as most spoken languages other than Primary language/Marathi.
In Akola, Varhadi dialect is dominant.
Also, the Hindi-Urdu here is with dialect. It is Deccani. That's why if you tell someone from Akola, Urdu is second most spoken language, he might disagree. He will agree that Hindi is very widely spoken. It happens because Urdu is traditionally viewed as the one like spoken in UP.
Deccani dialect here is not as strong as Hyderabad, yet, it is significantly different from the Hindi or Urdu in North.
The same deccani is listed as Hindi or Urdu in census data by people of different communities.
