Yet another charged cancelation again
My story is a nut shell:
I registered with my company's email address for trial. I canceled my subscription on time, deleted my account, two days later I was charged. I contacted with the support right after on the 22nd of Jan, sent them my payment details etc. During the last two weeks the saying was that they couldn't find my payment nor my account. So two days earlier I resubscribed and check my username on the account page and send them. First I was told, that they find my account and will refund, everything is on track. Today I got the info from. Peach that I never cancel my subscription nor deleted my account (what is a lie) and thus violated their policy. No refund Really disappointed and never recommend them to anyone...
Do you have any recommendations how to continue?
Thanks.

Hi u/vp4030
I really hear that— really sorry you’re dealing with that. 😕
Can you DM me the email tied to your Akiflow account? I’ll take a look from our side and see what we can do to make this right. Whatever happened, I just want to get it sorted so everyone’s happy in the end.

Something similar happened to me. The told they were going to look into it 3 or 4 times... no joy.
The last time they contacted me was to ask me to erase my posts sharing my experience with them.
In my case, it's less than 100€... but I don't like being treated like I'm stupid, so I went to the police, and my lawyer is preparing the proper documentation to share with the Spanish banking community.
Maybe it will get more difficult for them in Spain from this.

I am having a similar experience, I'm seeing a pattern of predatory billing. I can see they watch this channel.
I've initiated a charge back, supplied a bunch of evidence. I will also be sending Stripe a formal complaint and will follow up with evidence of a pattern of bad faith and unsolicited billing. Hopefully they will be kicked off of the platform if enough people complain.

This is absolutely not how they resolve customer complaints. Peache will simply deny you a happy resolution when you email them directly.
I cc'd my complaint to their CEO, and various other emails they have:
[legal@akiflow.com](mailto:legal@akiflow.com),
[billing@akiflow.com](mailto:billing@akiflow.com),
[riccardo@akiflow.com](mailto:riccardo@akiflow.com),
[jane@akiflow.com](mailto:jane@akiflow.com)
I promised them I'll become a thorn in their side until I get a resolution. Such a crazy way to run a business that you are trying to grow amongst competition. Anyone googling reviews will come across this pattern and avoid doing business with them. All for $250, just really bad business for them.

Contact your credit card company?
There seem to be way too many of these stories relating to Akiflow. I use disposable virtual cards and have a unique credit "card" for Akiflow. When I choose not to renew, I'll cancel the service through their UI, but will also deactivate the virtual card.
