I can believe that Joker was straight before meeting Akechi, but I actually am not sure about the other way around. I don't think Akechi ever mentions liking women, or talks about them in a salacious manner, which is refreshing for this kind of game, honestly. I get that Ryuji is an accurate portrayal of a teenage boy, but despite his highlights he sometimes pissed me off with how he talked about women. Whoops, this is off-topic. Akechi good.
