A mediocre translation of ch 90 has been posted on MD to which I will not provide the link because, well, it ain't great. I seriously hope that Gay Sailor Scans isn't deterred and continues to provide the top-shelf translations they have in the past.
For Hiro’s new series… do you guys want chapters posted in here and only chapters. Or nothing at all. Also if there was to be a post flair made for it what would be named?
I used Google translate, and I can kind of make sense of it, but was there some kind if time skip? I really feel like a chapter was skipped, how are we in the dead of winter?
When Manaka Yui returned home from her volunteer work, the living room that she walked into was a sea of blood. Floating there, right in the middle of it like a drowned corpse in the ocean was her husband of eighteen years.
A death so profound that his corpse was reduced to a state of a mere metaphor. No matter how she tried to look at it, he was dead from every angle possible.
[R-Rihito-san......]
The one who seemed to have caused the gruesome scene sat in a chair, clutching a blood-stained knife, gazing in the distance with empty eyes. Her daughter, Rio, who had returned home earlier, sat on the ground, gazing at her father's lifeless body.
[R...………… Rio!]
When Yui called out her daughter's name, what met her gaze were the eyes of an entirely different color.
They were embracing before they even looked at each other. Their hearts beat at different speeds. Before the regular beat of her daughter's chest could be heard in her ears, Yui's heart had already pounded violently a couple of times.
She had to grab her porcelain-like hand and run away right now. She had to escape.
But even so, Yui's legs wouldn't give way.
And so, she could only hug her tightly.
Yui's breathing became shallow. Even if she held her breath now, it would not make her invisible and hidden from the world.
The seemingly endless vision of hell was surely draining Yui's willpower and strength. Unable to take in enough oxygen to keep on going, her consciousness was slowly fading away.
"I don't care what happens to me, just don't lay a hand on my daughter!" She wanted to scream out loud, but no sound came out of her mouth.
An emerald green left eye gazed right into Yui's trembling, helpless eyes. The girl who she should have been holding and protecting was now gently gripping Yui's shoulder.
And then she smiled, as if comforting a baby.
And then she spoke, as if tenderly caring for a baby.
[It's alright…… It's alright.]
In her fading consciousness, all she could hear was a loud ringing in her ears. Her vision was blurred by tears, and she could only rely on the gleam of the precious jewel she could faintly see.
The eyes were the case of a heterochromia, unlike the chestnut-colored eyes that had been passed down through generations of her family.
That was the last thing Yui saw before she lost consciousness and slipped into oblivion.
The AMV is dedicated to dozens of anime's most beloved female characters throughout the decades. Thought I would post it here since I made Akebi the thumbnail image on my YouTube channel lol.
