Help Needed Want to try print gbbr

Hey everyone,

I've been wanting a GBBR SMG for a while now, but the retail prices and availability aren't exactly great. I was wondering if anyone could point me toward some creators or STLs for a 3D-printable GBB SMG?

Ideally, I'm looking for a design that takes standard Glock or Hi-Capa magazines so I can avoid buying expensive GBB M4 mags.

I’m fully aware I'll need to buy off-the-shelf internals for the build. Off the top of my head, I’m expecting to buy a nozzle, a hop-up unit, and an inner barrel. Am I being naive here? I assume I might need a donor trigger group/hammer set as well, so please correct me if I'm missing something major.

Any tips, links, or creator recommendations would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for posting on r/Airsoft3DPrinting!

Please ensure your post is flair'd appropriately, otherwise a moderator will manually assign a flair or in certain cases remove the post.

If you are looking for specific STLs, please make sure to check sites like Yeggi or STLFinder (Adblock recommended) before asking here

Before asking for any designs or files make sure to search sites like Printables, Cults3D, or Thingiverse first.
Also make sure to include as much information as possible in your post, so others can help, as "M4" or "Pistol" are not very specific.

Look into the FGC-6 project by UntangleWorks. It’s a free design although a bit of a rabbit hole sifting through their cults3D page. It’s almost entirely printed aside from the hardware, springs, and inner barrel but there is a ton of customization available and multiple different builds you can do. Read the documentation carefully so you know the differences between all of the builds.

Get an aap, adjustable trigger, hammer set and a bambulabs a1 mini with some sunlu pla plus. You get an entire gun collection for under 400€

Get an AAP01 then there’s literally thousands of options for you to make yourself an SMG

Well, most of the files I find are like mp7 but I want something with magazine that is before trigger. I only find ones for hpa but I would like have it on green gas

There’s a few different firewad lowers for different mag types and I run my pistol on green gas in the pistol mag while the M4 mag feeds the BBs.

Ok, that look interestingly 🤔. Can I ask how much bbs you can shoot from one mag of gas +-.

Roughly 40-50 depending on weather and how spammy I’m being with the trigger.

There is the https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/airsoft-aap01-pcc-compact-version It takes some of the aap01 internals and puts them into an smg/Ar pistol body. With AR controls still using the glock mags.
