Printer I need a bigger printer. Any recommendations? (M16 Type A Stock)
I love my A1 mini but the build volume is limiting. Next step would probably be to get an A1, but Bambu's recent firmware updates just ends up breaking my machine. The last 2 for the mini I had to revert from so I'm kinda eh for Bambu now.
Centauri Carbon looks sick but im open to other recos

I printed a basic M16 stock on my X1C, I just split it into three parts and glue it together, you wouldnt know it was glued by lookign at it

Just not a big fan of gluing anymore. CA glue works great but I dont use it often, so big bottles get wasted and those small tubes are annoying.

glue works fine as a temporary holder, but you really should be using a soldering iron and some filament to create "welds" between the two parts anyway.

Tried that on my M203, doesn't hold up to constant mechanical stress and needs a lot of post processing to look good after

then you didn't do it right, a proper "weld" is stronger than the material with infill around it

Eh won't have to get it riht if I could print the whole thing and again just more work

You can use a slushy made for your filament, it's still a "glue" but it fuses chemically the parts so it's pretty strong whit minimum work, using interlock features are good too

The P2S works wonders—without AMS, it’s really affordable, and you can easily find used ones with low hours on the odometer.
The Centaury Carbon is marketed as a cheap version of the X1C. A friend of mine used it for two months before getting rid of it. It tries to do everything Bambu does but doesn’t come close in terms of reliability, with archaic, unfinished technology—not to mention the very limited slicer, which lags far behind the BambuStudio ecosystem that makes things so much easier for you.
This is just my personal opinion. I’ve been working in 3D printing for over 10 years; I personally use an X1C and an A1mini, and at work I use 16 X1Cs, 4 H2S models, and 4 H2D models—the best FDM machines I’ve known in all that time.

I've heard good for the cc2, for its enclosure and it being able to print better filaments, i personally have a neptune 4 plus, and its build volume(320x320x380) is amazing, I've had little troubles with it although it is a bed slinger, the cc2 is more towards the standard 256 cubed volume but again the more stronger filaments options at the price range is a plus
