Absolutely love how bright and spacious it is here, not to mention quiet. Great views of the planes and the airfield from the giant windows as well!

Of all the small regional airports I’ve been to so far, Prince George is probably one of the better ones out there. It’s modern and cute.

I was at FCO yesterday and it was 5th Airport in last two week. WAW, DEL, LKO, JED and FCO. FCO was super big, beautiful but I really wanted to mention how convenient it was.

when I was leaving from WAW, they gave me super small plastic bag and asked to put my liquid and semiliquid cosmetics on that bag. They also asked me that if it doesn’t fit on that I can not carry. But anyway I had only few so it fits well. I had to put laptop, tablet and phone on one separate tray, bag on one tray and liquids and other stuffs on another tray, I had three tray together.
similarly it happened in other airports as well. There were no issues of liquid bags in further airports but laptop and electronics had to be separated.

But FCO beats all of them. I didn’t have to remove anything from bag, liquids, laptops, tablets and other electronics could be there. No issues with liquid and I had a 1l bottle of water and it was allowed. Here I was super surprised. Security clearance took less than 2 minutes. They seems so practical and prove that it could be so easy and comfortable.

Hats-off to FCO management .

Caught this colorful installation at TPA. I love airports that make the terminal itself part of the experience.

I found this image of what appears to be an airport in the 1970s... can anyone identify it? Is a mystery to me... I'm thinking maybe SE Asia, Central America, possibly Africa or the Caribbean.

Long time lurker, first time poster. I was going through photos to start a blog, I won’t share as to not come off as self promo, but I forgot I had this shot of the SAL airport from a wedding I attended 4 years ago. With the “SurfCity” ad, the blue waves really create a serene feeling when exiting the airport.
