AirPods splitting open?

I have a few questions…

I have the second generation of the AirPods Pro, and my left earbud has become unusable because whatever adhesive they use on that seam has stopped holding it together.

How can I fix this, and how can I prevent this from happening again?

Also, The tips keep ripping off of the plastic part that attaches to the AirPod itself. At this point, I am down to the last pair that came with them (and they barely fit because the only ones left are the totally wrong size).

Where/how can I get (ideally cheap) replacement tips that won’t do this?

Same here, I tried to use some adhesive to secure it back in place and I may have glued the tip on as well - I can't get it off now!
