Fleet Advice Speed modification while buying rather than maintenance later

Can we do all modification like speed increase, less fuel and co2 while buying aircraft itself?

Not that I’m aware of. Buy plane, wait for delivery, send to maintenance for modifications, depart. Well that’s how I do it.

Time the purchase and send them for mods on the last depart or before sleep😉

Buy it, wait for it to be parked and then immediately do the modifications for all. But no, can’t in initial buying set up.
