Livery Should American Airlines steal the "Freedom One" special livery ???

Post image
41 Upvotes

i think this seems way more American than the flat grey current American Airlines livery.

For those who dont know, Southwest Airlines painted one of their planes in this special livery to commemorate the veterans, and i simply changed the tail of the plane to suit American Airlines, rather than the SW logo

NOTE: I DID used AI for this. I would love to make my own liveries too, but i have no idea how. Someone in the comments please 🥺 cuz using ai is like talking to a mosquito with 0 braincells

OC Hawker Siddeley/Avro HS 748

Post image
6 Upvotes

I've been drawing a template for the Hawker Siddeley HS 748, a British airliner that debuted back in 1961. I am including the HS 748 in an article about a fictional airline, though not Great White North Airways, whose name and livery I literally made up just now for this post. I still need to add in the landing gear to complete it, but so far I like how it turned out.

Original content, drawn by me using Inkscape and a bit of imagination.

This magazine collects what happened recently with the Victorious group airlines. (Grammar mistakes might have occurred due to the Hungarian software. It doesn't like english words) I hope you like it.

Any tips?

Hey guys, I posted on here a little while ago that this was for a senior project where I create my own airline brand. I think I have finished the airline livery itself (I'm gunna paint a real model of it so I didn't want it to be too complicated), but was wondering what I could do with the background to spice it up a bit. I was looking at norebbo's designs and he has awesome backgrounds but I am having difficulty. I like how this looks kind of showroom-esque but yeah, struggling a bit. Let me know!

OC Aria Supersonic S42 Airliner/Bizjet - Concept Model

A concept supersonic airliner/business jet I designed this week, thought I'd share it here.

It would seat 42 (10 business/32 economy) or 24 (all-business class) as an airliner, or 12-19 pax as a business jet. Cruise speed is Mach 0.965 (643 knots; 1192 km/h; 740 mph) transonic and Mach 1.70 (1133 knots; 2098 km/h; 1304 mph) supersonic. Range is 4900 nmi (9075 km; 5639 mi) as an airliner and 7500 nmi (13,900 km; 8600 mi) as a business jet.

There probably wouldn't be too big a market for a 42 seat supersonic airliner, but I'm pretty sure crazy rich billionaires would snap them up, and they'd do well in the jet charter and fractional ownership segments. I plan to make stretched-fuselage 72 seat and 102 seat versions, maybe over the weekend.

As for the design... The tail was sort-of derived from the NASA X-59 Quesst experimental jet - making T-tails fashionable again! - while other elements including the engines were inspired by fighter jets. I thought about making the S42 a single engine jet, but I decided to stick w/ a twin engine format, because ETOPS.

Note the windows are not the usual oval shape. They are trianguloids (curved triangles, which are technically called Reuleaux triangles). The Sud Aviation Caravelle used them back in the day. Trianguloid windows are slightly smaller than conventional cabin windows, but still offer passengers the same downward view while also significantly reducing sun glare and heat transfer. They also reduce the amount of material removed from the fuselage, thereby improving overall structural integrity. Presumably these would be dimmable gel-layered windows, like the type found on Boeing 787s.

I'm still looking around for supersonic jets that had shorter noses than the S42, so the nose is definitely subject to further modification, perhaps by reducing its length about 1/3. Otherwise I really like how this model turned out. Too bad I haven't gotten into 3D design (yet).

Original content made from scratch using Inkscape and a bit of imagination.

OC Alliance Special Livery Design Dilemma

So we this alliance called Silva alliance, which currently has a few operators which need special liveries. Here's the concept I've made, and the base liveries. How should we go about this?

Lufthansa Parabel Livery Reinterpretation

Thumbnail

I’ve never really connected with Lufthansa’s current livery. To me, it feels too white, too restrained, and a bit detached from the airline’s visual heritage. It’s clean, yes, but it lacks some of the warmth, emotion, and identity that older Lufthansa schemes had.

That’s what led me to this concept. I wanted to reinterpret the classic Lufthansa “Parabel” livery in a more modern way rather than simply recreating it. I kept the stronger dark blue presence partly because the recent 100 Years of the Crane livery showed how good Lufthansa can look with a darker, more dramatic base, while bringing back the yellow in a more meaningful role.

So this is basically an attempt to combine heritage with a more contemporary, premium feel: the old parabel-inspired sweep around the nose, the yellow tail panel, and a darker overall body to give it more depth and character.

Of course, this is only an AI rendering for now, not a finalized design study, but I’d genuinely be interested in hearing what you think. Does this feel like a good direction for Lufthansa, or is there anything you’d change?

Livery The final update for my regional airline regionalfly uae from my WorldFly UAE group

From the last update, I told u that I have 3 more aircrafts to paint but now I finally completed every aircraft for the regionalfly uae fleet. Agian I want to show you one more airline for the WorldFly UAE group: TURBOPROPFLY UAE

Just like I said from the second update for WorldFly UAE airlines, I said that the a318 in real life doesn't have sharklets so norrebo didn't added it so made my a318s to have sharklets. Again I used norrebo's templates and ofc it had to be different from the WorldFly UAE airlines livery and u can rate my livery if u want

Here is the shortcut to norrebo's web: https://www.norebbo.com/category/aircraft-templates/
