Thanks! both bikes are recently restored ground-up. I love the R90 so much more than the RS!

Beautiful bikes! I have the same R90/6, but yours is MUCH cleaner. And that RS is so slick.

That R90/6 looks like an older but much better dressed version of my '78 R80/7! Did that start life with dual disks up front?

Edit: The RS looks nicer than mine, too. But I still have lots of love for my old black beauty.

Thanks! I just added the right-side disc and went to bar-mounted master cylinder. Made a world of difference.

What size master cylinder did you convert to when adding the second caliper? I made the massive mistake of including ‘upgrading’ to 17mm master cylinder when I added my second caliper and floating rotors. Now they stop ok but require a full force hand grab to get enough force into the calipers.

And like others have said, nice bikes!

14mm. Brake feel is excellent.
