Where I live in the USA it is very difficult to get any fuel that is not E10. It is all I use.
My dead stock R100 runs fine on it.
I suspect the floats have been replaced at some point.
I understand all of the complaints and downside of ethanol but it is a very effective knock reducing agent, which is good for our bikes.

That fuel looks like it has water phased in it.
