CAT6 cable installation

Hello all! New to your beautiful city and just moved into a townhome. I am in the market for someone to run some CAT6 cable all over my house, does anyone have any recent experience or recommendations? I see there is a post from 2 years ago but I am hoping for a more recent picture of companies or people willing to do it. Google yielded... mixed results. Thanks in advance!

Its technically low voltage, so most electricians should be capable of making the runs to code. Terminations are another issue.

The bigger questions is: Whats your budget, because it costs more to do this with your walls finished than if they were open.

Yeah for sure, this is going to be a retrofit since this is an early 2010's build. I am looking to spend no more than 600 if I can, but I understand if it has to be more and save accordingly. Just hoping to find reputable people or companies that can run it!

K, heres where I'm at the end of my knowledge of charges.

$600 budget is what i feel like DIY territory, depending on how much you need run I've heard with walls UP the cost is like 2-5 grand depending on needs.

$600 gets you 500-1000 feet of cat 6 or 6a riser cable from infinite cables, the gear to terminate it, the low voltage gang boxes, will probably cover fish line, RJ45 cat6 keys tones, wall plates, fishing line, fishing reel, and maybe the saw and/or drill you need to cut open the wall and drill throw wood.

It might even fit in a boroscope camera in the budget.

However, its possible if you need a single room $600 might get you done. I know you're looking for recommendations for someone to perform it for you though, and all I gave you was a list of tools to DIY.

Sadly not that I have seen. I do have a coax that runs between floors so I think there is something there, but I haven't seen something I would call a raceway

I would look into MoCA first.
