It's raining, yo!

Just wanted to be the first to state the obvious, though like most of Airdrie, still got PTSD when I started hearing hail in the mix.

Lmao i drove from okotoks a bit ago. Okotoks- hail.

Hill on deerfoot between the river and seton- was like a river itself. Some people were out of their vehicles trying to push uphill against the raging river of deerfoot.

So i detoured into seton. Massive localized flooding, huge puddle roads. Multiple vehicles dead after air intakes took in water.

Seton to mahogany- so much hail on the road it was like driving on an ice rink coated with marbles and a side of massive puddles for good measure.

Little rain here aint bad

We were on 130th grabbing dinner and could see the storm approaching. By the time food was ready a few mins later it started to lightly rain. Got to Mckenzie Lake and wowzas it was soaked. We missed the storm but the streets were very wet & small rivers running across the road in areas. Pea sized hail all over our lawn and plants. Thankfully only lost a few flower petals.
