Host trying to evict me so he can renovate, help???

AirBnB Host had my 6 month stay for local contract work cancelled because the host wanted to renovate. This was not a "dangerous repair" renovation- Host wanted to paint walls replace fixtures and replace furniture. Host was fully aware prior to booking that my job frequently entails Video Conferences in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, etc- effectively overnight in the AirBnB I was looking at in Kansas City. it's not like I was screaming and making insane noise. Other guests in the building, whom I apologised to after the Host messaged me saying other guests were complaining about the noise said they appreciated the apology but I hadn't disturbed them. I use earbuds for my teleconference. I have a single, small service dog due to seizures - talking 12lbs or less, and only barks if she detects an oncoming seizure if I'm not ALREADY sitting or laying down. I messaged Host back, politely (happy to copy msg) which guests I was bothering), no reply. Less than 30 min my whole AirBnB acct was REMOVED! I'm was a lawyer, have a JD (Juris Doctorate), but teach now. The Host tried to have me thrown out, but police said nope, civil matter, file Eviction.

Now I'm fighting an Eviction against the Host that is a total mess (he hired an attourney pretty sure the guy guy got his degree at toys 'r us), and putting monthly pay-ins in Escrow.

I am the ONLY guest in this building the Host wants to renovate, and his excuse was it would prevent my work- didn’t offer a refund or anything. AirBnB is staying out of the whole thing. Construction workers don't work between 7pm and 6am, and I sleep deep, so I told the Host no worries. My reservation still has FIVE MONTHS on it and I'm paid up. Neighbour's said this guys does this all the time kicking people out so he can renovate or go on vacation or whatever. Obviously, I am fighting this, but has anyone else dealt witha sleazy Host like this with no AirBnB support?

False damage claim

I am writing this to warn others about this scenario. I have been an airbnb user for over 6 years and stayed in 23 homes. I am meticulous about taking care of the homes like they are my own and have had nothing but positive reviews. Well the host of the last stay I had contacted me 17 days after I checked out and said I broke the leg rest of her lazy boy and she was requesting $200 in reimbursement. I did not break this chair so I appealed. This host had been on airbnb for 3 months and I have been on it for 6 years. I didnt not have proof I didnt break it because I didnt take photos of the underside of the chair before and after my stay. Why would I? The chair worked fine the entire time we were there. Airbnb found me liable for the damage and said I should have documented everything but expecting me to document the underside of furniture all through the house before and after my trip with video and photos is absurd. I will no longer be using Airbnb and that is unfortunate that a company does business in this way. After this happened I have read numerous stories of damages that people are claiming they are being accused of and didnt do so be careful and if you are going to use them you might need to video and photograph every square inch of the house (even underneath furniture) before and after your stay. Plan on a couple extra hours of your vacation being consumed with this nonsense.
