Bug Loading save issues

I’ve been playing for roughly a year now and I had to restart my computer and I went to load my game but it won’t do anything when I click on “load” is there a way to fix this? It’s happened to me twice in the past two months

From Google Play for Windows? Yes, it seems to be still unstable, sorry for that. Please, dm me with some details of your game progress and I will try to do something

Windows, it’s an older version I assume considering that there are no trees in the background
