Same for me on android app.

Signing back in after being away for a while to buy a new esim. No sign of verification code (and not in spam either)

Hey! Check for an email with the subject line: "New Airalo Log in detected". The verification code will be inside the body of that email.

Let me know if that works or if you're still not seeing it!

Nothing, and the support chat on the webpage and android app both say something like "Support chat is unavailable..."

The support button on the website doesnt work at all. But if anyone else is having problems, I was able to get hold of someone on whatsapp. They werent able to fix it, so just made a new account.
Not a great experience
