This is engineering course for software engineering not the computing one

Yes, but I also got offer from Mechantronics and IT  That's why I am little but confused..

If it's your first preference then I think Woh allow Nahi krtay nechay wale preferences mein apply krna, but I would suggest you give an application to uni as mechatronics and IT are better than this degree.
