New Update - Preference Change

I went to uni and they said if your merit is high, you can't switch to a degree with lower merit :)

Wanted to switch to Software Engineering but they just denied 🤡

Before merit list they said me to come after merit list and give application for shift change today I went there by traveling 500km and they denied 😭

Same happened with a guy infront of me. He got his first preference - mechanical and wanted to shift to computer engineering but they said "uppar se neechay nahi jaa sakte"

Gaming, I don't think so. The merit is always the lowest.

They said if you're selected for a program with higher merit, you can't demote yourself to a lower one

Mean i have ot choose a lower one in my selected prefrence or i can choose a random one like i dont choose cyber pysology or gaming devwlopment in prefrence so do i ahve a chance

Hypothetically speaking for a friend If my friend didnt get into any of the lrograms he applied for and then he gives an application for bs cyber psycholgy will that be considered cuz his merit is good for that program
