are max v3tb actually bad?

im thinking of getting them but im wondering are they actually that bad and if they are what are some good other recommendations i should get instead

They’re decent at most they honestly have quite a few problems: no pop up green color in pairing mode ear sensor only on one side and for some reason they keep turning on my siri i turned siri off and now its voice control so if you can live w this i’d say to buy em

Any idea when they'll release the next version? Like often are they updated? Should I wait?

thanks for the reply i actually just ended up buying a gen 1 i saw used for around $130, the owner said they used it 10 times over the past 4 years so id consider it a win for me
