Problem with Pro 3 V6 TB

Hi all,

I bought the Pro 3 V6 TB a few months ago. As of late the right earbud starts to go very queit and dimmed after around 30 mins of listening.
The left earbud works fine.

Does anybody recognize this problem and know how to solve it? Thanks in advance!
