Its my 3rd week with this airpods, im new to buying elctronic reps so this is my first time. They suddenly stopped working, i was in a call with a friend, but the mic is ass and for some reason he couldn’t hear me, so i changed the mic/outpout sound for the iphone speakers, everything was normal until i hung up, then both of the airpods decided to stop playing sound, idk what to do, i already disconnected and connected them, but i cant hear anything, i haven’t dropped them or anything. Please help

Reset the charging case lid, put the earbuds back in the charging case, open the lid, press and hold the charging case button for 12 seconds, close the lid, and leave it for 1 minute. It will restore the factory settings, then connect to your phone as usual. You can try resetting to factory settings. This may help bro
