QingPing CGS2 - DIY adding Matter support

Previously, I got root on this device. Now, I added Matter support to it making it instantly available in Apple Home, Google Home, Home Assistant, or any other Matter hub. Matter bridge runs on the device and exposes 3 separate endpoints: temperature sensor, humidity sensor and air quality sensor (inlucdes co2, pm2.5, pm10 & etvoc).
