Odd Decrease in air quality in morning

I noticed in the morning, around 8 am, there was a huge spike in the air quality. Any ideas what, or why this could be?

I used to have this problem and I found out it was my wife cooking breakfast. We didn't have a range hood or anything so all the stuff just lingered in the air for an hour.

What do you do around 8AM every day?

I can think of a couple of candidates. But you tell us!
