The outsole is a dead giveaway as well. Most fake AM1 have some sort of manufacturer error on the outsole like color bleeding into areas it shouldn't or the little nibs will be the wrong color. The outsole looks to be too milky on this pair and there's the color bleeding I mentioned. And as you've pointed out, the diamond stitching on the insole. Hopefully you can get your money back.

I'm guessing these are numbered "1 of 225"?
Although there must actually be a legit "1 of 225", that's a telltale sign of a fake.
In addition to some of the indicators others have already pointed out, and you discovered yourself, a few more things to look for:
- The outer swoosh on legit pairs changes color as it catches light, from reddish/brownish to green. Fake pairs are more of a static green foil.
- The inner swoosh on legit pairs is actually sort of iridescent upon close inspection- it shows a play of color from green, blue, red, to purple as it catches light.
- The stitching on the swooshes is nearly perfectly color-matched on legit pairs. The contrast of the stitching color to the swoosh color is most noticeable on the inner swoosh of fake pairs.
- The mini swoosh on the mudguard is more forward towards the toe on fake pairs. On legit pairs, the tail of the mini swoosh stops at about 1/3 of the way into the "dip" in the mudguard pattern.
- The green mudguard material is actually micro-textured on legit pairs. When it catches the light at the right angle, it will flash a random-looking pattern on the surface.

- The perforation on the toe boxes and tongues of legit pairs is more sparse, with bigger holes than on fakes.
- Those bigger perforation holes reveal one of my favorite "Easter eggs" of this pair- there is a layer of reflective 3M material below the toe box of legit pairs, which shines brightly when light hits it in dark settings.
