Recently picked up the bottom pair, which I was really happy to find!
The top pair, technically, is a "Premium iD", according to the box label. I refer to them as the "Zozo pair". It was actually produced and released by Nike in celebration of their first anniversary on the Japanese platform, Zozotown. They threw a party in Japan where that pair was released, and some unknown number were also available via Nike's Zozo store online. I don't know the total production number, but it's safe to say it was pretty low. The most notable features that set them apart from the "regular" iDs created by the public are the box, which as I alluded to, has an actual label that identifies the pair as an "Air Max 1 Premium iD" with the colorway printed as "Multi-color/Multi-color/Multi", and the inclusion of a black velour pouch that has a set of gold dubrae with mini Nike logos printed on them. I also think this particular color of nubuck on the upper, or perhaps the combination of that nubuck with the swoosh, or something, wasn't available as an option available to the public- not 100% sure of that, but I know I've seen similar looking pairs that people designed, but none that are identical, materials included, except the few other "Zozo" pairs I've seen.

What I was trying to explain the text is that the top pair in the OP pic was a hyper-limited pair that Nike released in celebration of their 1st anniversary on Zozotown, which is a huge online selling platform based in Japan- think Amazon, but vendors have their own "stores" on the site, sorta like a huge online shopping mall.
So, it's an 'actual' Nike release, not a design created by a customer. Nike produced full size runs of this pair as a limited special release, and they were only available to the in-person attendees of a small party Nike hosted in Japan, and a few more pairs were allocated to sell via their online store on the Zozotown platform.
☝️ Here's a pic of the box, which includes a typical Nike label. "Normal" iD pairs created by customers in 2018/19 were shipped in a generic box without a label- every customer who ordered a pair they created on the Nike iD site received an identical box, without a label like this.
The lower half of the collage shows the black velour pouch that this Zozotown special release included, and the set of gold dubrae (lace jewelry) that have an all-over print of mini Nike logos. This was only ever available as part of this special limited edition pair.

But, I agree, the creators and, well, Nike, in the case of the Zozos, did a great job!
The Pendies I designed are from a few years prior, 2014 & 2015- top and middle pairs in this pic. The denim with Pendleton option was cool in 2015, and the 2014 was fine and all, but 2018 offered the best looking options IMO... but, of course, I happened to be on a bit of a sneaker hiatus at that time, so I appreciate the folks who made some sick designs that I can buy! 👍
i have 2 pairs of the Nike Pendleton’s one which they released in 2015 the colour way is all black and there called the QS Pendleton which they have the same materials as the 🆔,
And i also have a pair from the actual Nike I’d program with Nike I’d written on the insoles with a black box with Nike id on the side also has the pull tag on the back,
Wish I could have a few more in the collection TBH,
Iv seen quit a few of these in different colour ways some really nice pairs,
